Reactive equations of state: "reactive_eos"
These EOS are of the (rho,e,lambda) form, i.e. like simple inert EOS
except that an additional parameter is added representing fraction reacted.
No further sub-structure is included.
Input
Reading a reactive EOS of unknown type, the name is read first,
followed by the data for that type.
After the reactive EOS data, a reaction rate is read.
